2. Declarations of interest and written requests for dispensation: – None
3. Adoption of Minutes of previous meeting: – resolved to adopt the minutes of the meeting held on 16th September 2020 (with one minor correction) as a true and accurate record and to be signed by the Chair once physical meetings are resumed.
4. Public participation session: – Two members of the public were present but no comments
5. Financial information: –
5.1 Resolved to approve the income & expenditure as per appendix 1 to end September 2020. A request was made to include a budget variance column
5.2 Resolved to approve the bank reconciliation as per appendix 2 which shall be formally signed when current restrictions permit.
6. Payments: –
6.1 Resolved to approve the payments as per Appendix 3.
6.2 Resolved to ratify the payments on Appendix 3
6.3 Resolved to approve the clerk overtime for August/September. The clerk shall identify hours required for CiLCA training and project activity for the next meeting so that preauthorisation can be given thereby reducing the amount of unplanned overtime
7. Receipts:
7.1 The income from Riversea Holdings Ltd was noted. In the interests of transparency, the council internal auditor – JD Dunstan will be requested to carry out a limited audit
8. Update to Full Council: – I & E variance, NDP I & E, overtime preauthorisation, KBCL audit
9. Meetings: Resolved to continue meetings monthly on the first Wednesday
10. Next meeting: – Wednesday 4th November 2020 at 6.30pm – venue and style of meeting to be confirmed
