4. To review website redevelopment progress.
a. Progress report.
• 118 Subscribers to website newsletter
• Averaging 370 people making 590 visits per month (about ¾ local)
b. What’s next?
• Was hoping to do clubs and groups but very few have come forward
• What further information would be of use?
• Advertising – need to up subscriber numbers first. Possibly print some cards to leave in strategic location but will wait until Facebook page is more active.
5. Parish Newsletter:
a. Report on conversions to email delivery.
• 17 people signed up to receive newsletter by email to date
• Currently slightly lower cost than previous newsletter, but no £200 per annum advertising.
• Planning on advertising on website – need to check council rules on this.
b. To agree the outline content (articles) of the parish newsletter.

6. Facebook page proposal.
Open the Facebook page again – make it into a group (i.e. people must join to take part) – Needs instant responses and Moderation. A good way of increasing exposure (last NDP Facebook page post has been read by over 100 people. (140 people following page!). Present to council for approval.
