Minutes of the Full Council meeting held in Walford Village Hall At 11.00am on Wednesday 30th December 2016
Present: Frank Myers – Chairman
Councillors: Dave Berry, Shane Carlson, Karen Chinn, Heather Evans, Luke Freeman, Martyn Jenkins, Angus McIntosh. (Simeon Cole was absent because of a declared interest.)
In attendance: Clerk Catherine Murray.
- Apologies: Eric Drummond, Murray Alston, Sophie Hurley, Nesta Hirst. (Other commitments)
- Declarations: Cllr Cole had declared an interest in the application to the clerk prior to the meeting and therefore did not attend.
- Public Participation Session: None
- Planning: The applicant was invited to comment prior to the application being considered, but did not add anything further.
4.1 Planning Applications: A site visit had taken place prior to the Parish Council meeting. The following application was considered and it was unanimously RESOLVED to make the following comments:
