In attendance: Richard Abolins (Parish Clerk) and no members of the public.

2. Declaration of interests: – none
3. Adoption of minutes of previous meetings:
It was resolved to adopt the minutes of the meeting on 18 March 2020 as a true record of the meeting. The Chair will sign the minutes when lockdown is over and physical meetings are permitted.
4. Personnel: – (the meeting was held in closed session and confidential minutes are kept separately)
4.1 It was resolved to offer the position of Parish Clerk/RFO to Jayne Putland.
4.2 It was resolved to offer the position of WCSS Co-ordinator to Be Mackintosh.
5. Next meeting: – it was agreed to hold the next online meeting at 7.30pm on Wednesday 22 April 2020.
